How Do I Track My Order?

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

If you order has not been dispatched we will be able to change it for you. Please contact us at Info@homenterprise.co.uk.

Will I get an order confirmation number?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has dispatched which contains your order number for reference.

My order arrived damaged - what should I do?

If an order arrives damaged please send an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to info@homeenterprise.co.uk

How do I return an item?

All orders with Home Enterprise are covered by a 30 day, money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your purchase, please visit our return policy here.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't been dispatched then we will be able to change the shipping address. Please contact info@homeenterprise.co.uk with your new shipping address.

I Ordered with next-day delivery - When will my order arrive?

Our cut-off time for next-day delivery is 1:30pm so any orders placed before 1:30pm will be shipped next-day guaranteed.
